Welcome to Grow Tech Soft ("Company", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, applications and services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Grow Tech Soft provides software development, web application development, mobile app development, and related professional services. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for each engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or project proposal.
2. Client Obligations
- Clients must provide accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and required assets (content, access, credentials).
- Clients must make payments according to the agreed milestone schedule.
- Clients must not use the Services for unlawful activities or violate any applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Grow Tech Soft retains ownership of all source code, designs and deliverables until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment (and subject to the contract), ownership of deliverables will transfer to the client, except for any third‑party libraries, components, or licenses which remain subject to their original licenses.
4. Fees, Payment & Refunds
Fees are stated in the project proposal or agreement. Payments are due as per the agreed milestones. Refunds, if any, will be handled according to our Refund Policy and the terms in the project agreement.
5. Warranty & Support
We will correct defects reported within the warranty period specified in your project agreement. Post‑delivery support and maintenance can be provided under a separate support agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount actually paid by the client to Grow Tech Soft for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the project in accordance with the termination provisions in the project agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy
Grow Tech Soft primarily delivers digital products and services. This policy explains how we deliver and transfer digital project deliverables.
1. Delivery Methods
- Deliverables are provided electronically (email, cloud storage links, private Git repository, or other agreed channels).
- Access to hosting accounts, third‑party service consoles, or marketplaces will be requested or transferred as agreed in the project contract.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are set in the project proposal. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to scope changes or client delays (e.g., late feedback or missing assets).
3. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure you provide required credentials, content, and approvals on time.
- If deliverables are to be deployed to your infrastructure, ensure necessary access is provided and secure backups are made.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the project agreement. Typically, a project may be cancelled within 15 days of start with full refund except for third‑party costs already incurred. Once a project is fully delivered and accepted, refunds are not provided except in exceptional circumstances.
5. Third‑Party Services
Third‑party services (hosting, payment gateways, APIs) are provided under their own terms. Any fees paid to third parties are separate and non‑refundable by Grow Tech Soft.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Grow Tech Soft, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellations within 15 days of the project start date for a full refund. Cancellation charges may apply if third-party services or APIs have been purchased.
Refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Projects that have been fully delivered are not eligible for refunds. Partial refunds may be considered case-by-case.
